Hi All, I juts wonderring what do you think about joining together to buying a plot of land for several houses to reduce cost? 1) Plot of land for 1 hose may cost much more than for several houses. 2) Water , electricity, road - this can be splitted between owners. 3) Project plan cost may be splitted as well.

Its being done on a large scale in Cloughjordan Village, Cloughjordan, Co. Tipperary. Some Councils seem to like small "cluster developments" of 4 - 7 houses. I never understood this policy!
