Sound Advice needed

    Hi guys,

Have a bit of a dilemma here, so apologies for the long read here. Any good advice here would be more than helpful..

3 years ago I set up a company based in the UK with a partner dealing in video games. All the main ground work has been covered. Website has been done, forecast worked out, distribution deals garnered. i took out a prsonal loan from the bank to fund the stock needed. So far so good.

The problem is....after 3 years we have yet to start trading. I am not sure if it is both of us causing the problem or not. Everytime we attempt to start trading something breaks. For example, a distribution deal that goes sour, then takes forever to set back up again. A website that needs to go back for redevelopment. Or taking forever to get a solicitor on board and legalities sorted.

I have now just found out that our account has been closed at our distributors so we will have to reapply again. I am at my wits end and desperately want to start trading. Can I get some tips and/or advice? Is it bad organisation on my part? I have a loan sitting in the bank and I am not earning any money back from it. this is what irks me the most.

    You need FOCUS!

Thats all, FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS on getting it done. Sh!t happens daily in all jobs and in life. Accept it does and deal with the SH!T as it happens and move on.

Implementation is key. Obviously it would be great to have everything in place before you start trading. But guess what - 3 years later you will be still at first base.

Start trading - Go out and sell something, sign up some customer, everything else will then fall into places.

The one thing I have learned in my professional career is that successful people do not talk about what they are going to do. They just do it.
