O2 Globesurfer III with 3 3G

    Hi,

Does anyone know if I can get an O2 branded Globesufer III to work with a 3 3G sim or a vodafone 3G sim. I've successfully got my 3 3G card to work with a Vodafone branded router (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Linksys-WRT54G3G-Wireless-Router-Broadband/dp/B000CDWH2E) by modifing the APN, but not having the same luck with the GlobeSufer III. The reason I'm trying to get the Globesurfer III to work is that it gives better cover coverage around my house.

    Any advise welcomed.

    Cheers,
    Casol01

    Moved to Midband.

If the SIM plugs into the router itself, then it's probably SIM locked to O2.
