The closest Muay Thai gym that I know of to Sandyford is this place - www.warriorsthaiboxing.com/contact-us.html They're based in Monkstown. This older thread might be of some use to you http://www.mobile.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=62987360
If MMA is of any interest to you Spartan MMA has just relocated to Sandyford Industrial Estate, very close to the Microsoft building. I have no idea what their striking training is like but MMA is great for fitness and is a lot of fun. http://spartanmma.com/location/ is their website.

    Good Luck.

Got the place just for you. I'm not affiliated with the place, I'm just a member in the gym there and I train with Ivan twice weekly.

    www.bhaf.ie

You can do muay thai there. It's a tough class, great workout and Ivan is qualified and knows his stuff, trained and fought in thailand etc. Just down the road from you.

Do you have to be a gym member to do that class?

When is it on, and what cost per session?

    Cheers
