I have the worst ever wisdom tooth pain ,even though all my wisdom teeth are fully grown?? I cant fully open my mouth, and it kills when I try to eat.

The pain is in the bone-y part right at the back of my mouth, between my upper and lower teeth (if you get me!) where the dentist needel goes (i think?)

and its going up into my cheek. Is this normal for fully grown teeth?

See a dentist ASAP, some antibiotics should help but only a certain type your dentist will prescribe. You may need to have those teeth removed? Again see your dentist and thay can advise.

Really? why, what do you think it means?

Ive already had the top 2 wisdoms taken out, and the bottom 2 are fully grown. I have a recent x-ray pic and on the side where the pain is the roots look straight and normal.

    Scared now

The best thing to do is to book an appointment with your dentist so they can have a look and see what the problem could be. People would only be guessing on here.

It depends on the tooth , if its hard to reach and hasn't come out fully then you'll have to go to hospital to get it out .
I went to the dentist today because the gum is infected around one of my wisdom teeth - it's really sore :( , dentist said a specialist will have to take it out in the hospital because its so hard to reach. I'm dreading it

it depends on the dentist. some like doing surgery and get quite good at it. others just refer anything that might appear intimidating. most wisdom teeth can be extracted in the dentist's surgery. Some difficult cases may require general anaesthesia and they are generally done in a hospital setting or a special clinic where they have all the appropriate gear.
To give you an idea, there are 2 dentists in our office. We extract all but the most severely impacted wisdom teeth in the dental chair under local anaesthetic. We refer about 4 or 5 patients to hospital for GA per year.
