BT broadband down for anyone else?

    Anyone having problems with BT broadband? I am in Newbridge (045)

    Mine went down yesterday afternoon. Internet light on modem flickering ever since.

    Message on their tech support line says problems in "04, 07 and 09 areas" but is dated 6 January.

    Still awaiting callback from them.

    I had problems yesterday too, router indicated logon failed and I changed the pppoe userid/password to vodafone details.

    username: vodafone@vodafone.ie
    password: broadband

    I had that problem, but phoned them and eventually was given new username/password. This has to be entered onto ADSL modem.

    Works as before now.

    It was down for me yesterday too but came back in the evening.
