€300 per month plus bills for single room. Has tv point and internet connection. Full alarm on house with smoke alarm. Private parking. Kitchen fully refurbished in the past month. Own private bathroom, not en suite though.

OP there is no possible way one could be two minutes walk from the 39 bus while being 10 minutes walk from ITB.
