The passing of The Rev: a huge loss to the metal community

I was very saddened to learn of The Rev's death at age 28, I want to say that he was one of the drummers I most highly respected, having had the privilege to see him live, I could only be impressed by his charisma and his sincerity. He truly lived his life for the music he played. He will be sorely missed by all of us I'm sure.

Very sad news even though I thought Avenged Sevenfold were posers. My thoughts were proven when the supported Metallica last summer

Absolutely detest Avenged Sevenfold but 28 is far far too young.. RIP

He was one of the better drummers (in my opinion), it was a shame when he died, especially at 28

Was The Rev's favourite drummer, so asked him as a favour I guess.
