installed 2 apps- now apps 'mixed up' and moved?

    Hi,
    From App Store I installed 2 apps (Super Monkey Ball 2 and Skies of Fury).
    Now some apps are mixed up- the icon is for 'Balance' (an app I deleted) but it says Skies of fury under it. Game won't load.
    Same issue for smb2, icon not matching the app.
    Also all app locations have moved around on my screen.
    Anyone know why this happened and how to fix- delete app and install again?

    (iphone is jailbroken and unlocked)

    Once you install the new app location will be changed, that's the strange prob, restore should help.
    to delete app press and hold any icon. once they stary moving tick on "X" to delete.
