Broadband in the Kill/Naas area?

Hi folks. I'm with bt Ireland, I live just outside Naas (Kill area) has anyone else any problems getting online today? My broadband seems to be down, isp is BT Ireland. Any help, advice greatly appreciated (I have tried all the usual as in turned modem off and on but no Joy) of course bt Ireland are not answering the calls…

could be coincidence, but my parents broadband in Naas is down. They are with U.TV
