What's this key?

Despite trying google I can't seem to find the name of the key in this pic. I'm sure it's obvious but for the life of me I can't find out it's name/use. It's on my Macbook Pro and is to the right of the Command key on the right of the keyboard (a cmd symbol pointing up to a horizontal line). Any ideas?
