They rarely ever respond, so I'm afraid you're probably wasting your time. If you can reverse the payment from your credit card, that's about the only way you'll get satisfaction. Contact your bank about that.

They're based outside of the EU therefore outside of the EU directive on distance selling that Ireland and the UK adopted. They've a poor customer service record. Best to avoid, live and learn etc.
