My timer/on switch for my oil central heating is broke. I had set the timer last night before i went to bed. When i woke this morning the house was freezing and when i came downstairs i found there was no light on the timer. I've tried putting it on constant but still nothing happening.

    Any ideas??

    (its an "apt" model)

    Thanks:)

Is there power going to the timer? If not it's a new one, they are fairly cheap.

you can pick them up for about €40. Get the same model and fitting should take no time.

Thanks for the replies guys. Turns out the circulation pump was buggered which caused the switch to trip. All sorted now :)
