Do people need snowball throwing training?

I was trodding home on a half hours walk after a night out and there must have had about 50 snowballs pelted at me in my direction on my journey and every single one of them missed, not even within a whizz of my body.

They threw them from across the road, from the top of apts, from a moving car, from side streets and also from some drunken fool walking ahead of me and yet not a single one could aim properly. A few got within a foot of landing at my feet but no, they could not hit their target.

Is it the case that we are so terrible at launching snowballs that if there was a snowball olympics, we would be paddy last?:):D

They're were probably just warning shots..you were in their territory or something..

I got attacked by youths with snowballs yesterday morning..they were no more than fifteen feet away and they didnt get me!

Was not 50 people. There were a group of lads who looked like they just left the pub who must of accounted for 20 of the snowballs.
Maybe i'm lucky they didn't chase me as they were across the road and the road was like a skating rink and it acted like a barrier for my safety

How hard is it to aim a snowball. One would have thought they'd have loads of practice playing Wii Snowball or something similar :P

Maybe the extra fat from being obese is throwing their aim off :P

Funniest was maybe the one thrown from the car, who in their mind goes around collecting snowballs and picking a target to throw from their car?? Pathetic!!:rolleyes:

Another one competing for the funniest was the group who flung the snowballs at me from the apts. When the 1st one landed, i said to myself, 'where da phluck did that come from', looked up and seen 2 fella's on what must of been the 3rd flr, they continued to throw them without a flinch from me on my walk trudging through the snow!
For fricks sake, they didn't even need to aim, just drop the things and one might hit me as I was directly below them but oh no, epic fail on their count.:D

When we were kids, knew this one kid that just threw sausages at cars as they skidded into a ditch.

During breaktime on work a few days ago, one of the girls from the office came outside and asked for a snowball fight. She threw one at me and missed, so I threw one back at her and hit her straight in the eye.

The bad thing is that she is blind in one eye, and I hit her in the good eye.

I spent hours making snowballs for my nephews and then having them thrown at me . . . good times! 3-5 year olds suck at throwing snowballs.
