    The car was insured at the time so thats not too bad.

    Its a pity, she was a very clean Mk3, she even had an NCT.....

    I'm told the fire was the cause of an electrical fault.

    ah man I could have cried and its an 85 so it was one of the last MK3 and all. My bro has an 86 mark 4 but it was no where near as nice as your mk3.

    Real sorry to hear about it.....
