Aritech CS-350 - change contact number?

    Hi, someone might be able to help, I have an Aritech Cs350 and which automatically called my security company. They have changed their contact number and now I need to change the number it dials ...

    Question is how do I do this? I need to programme in a new contact number ...

    Any help greatly appreciated,

    You need to reprogrammed the dialler.
    What type of dialler is in it?
    If it the newer TD8812 try entering the default code 7812 to get into the dialler menu.
    If its the older digis then a programmer is required.

    Can you open the panel & post a pic.
    If the dialler seems to be wired from the keypad bus terminals 12 13 14 15 that it is TD8812 if it is just wired to the outputs 8 9 10 or 11 (usually 8 & 10) & the aux power than it may be older type which requires a programmer.

    Hi guys I recently moved in a house and it have an aritech Cs 350 house alarm it keep on saying battery low which I am aware that I will have to change but when I tried to armed the system it won't armed as it keeps on saying 03 zone and disable after that I have checked all the doors and windows if they are closed properly but still same problem so after reading the manual online I tried to inhebit 03 zone but it won't let me any ideas well appreciated thanks

    When you enter you user code can you access the inhibit menu?
    You have 2 issues that need sorting.
    You need to replace the battery & you probably have a faulty sensor or contact on zone 3 that needs to be found & replaced.
