LG BL40 02 wi-fi access won't work - help!

    I have an unlocked LG BL40 Chocolate but I cannot download pages via my wi-fi. It will download pages without any sim card or with a vodafone Sim card but funnily enough not with an O2 sim. I have tried a hard reset of the phone. I have been in touch with O2 and got a new Sim...same problem. When I try and download pages it shows 'Invalid Access'.
    In access points there is 'O2.ie mobile Internet'...the network internet and 'Wi-fi' I cannot delete these access points.
    In Browser settings>Profiles there are 3 profiles
    - O2.ie mobile internet
    - a blankprofile
    - Wi-fi

    I have the Wifi one activted.

    It must be something to do with 02 if it works with another network Sim and without any Sim. How can this be??

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.Its driving me mad!!
