Ford 6000CD radio question

    Simple question.

I'm trying to set a radio up to work with a phone via bluetooth.

Anyways, I have it working and all. One problem is that when another person rings this phone, the radio only cuts out. There's no ringing tone at all.

Have looked through the Ford radio book and can't find anything. Ideas anyone ?

Does it have bluetooth as standard or did you buy the kit (parrot etc)? Must have something in the manual.

    Bluetooth as standard.

If you press the green answer button and then menu it brings up a few options but nothing I'm looking for.

If it's the nokia kit, I think you hold down the hang up button for 15 seconds to reset it.

I guessed it was the settings on my phone i dont really know. maybe it needs to be in the headset/holder to ring via the radio???

Are you sure the 6000CD comes with bluetooth as standard.
Ive a 09 Focus and have no bluebooth options available.

When i press the Green answer button as you said i just get "MUTE".

Id love to have bluetooth but i dont think its standard.

A friend of mine bought a Focus recently with a 6000cd fitted but no code was marked on the unit. It's a V series so how would one go about finding the correct code in the event he has to disconnect the battery?
