Hi could anyone recommend a HD media drive that would play .mkv and h.264 files?

I'm using a WD TV, they're about 80 on Komplett, and you can plug any external USB drive into them - I just use a 32GB fob.

It's played everything I've thrown at it 720p h.264 (in mk4), standard divx/xvid stuff and raw mpeg2 (from DVDs). I believe it does 1080 (from reports on the net)

The only slight hassle can be the soundtrack, it can't for instance downmix 6 channel AAC, however it does have an optical out so it can throw AC3/DTS straight out to my receiver.
