Not sure whether anyone here will be interested in this, but Terre Thaemlitz raises a whole load of really interesting issues. Its especially good for me to see a really well thought out critique of the music scene I listen to. Brings in loads of interesting Foucaultian stuff in a form I found much easier to digest than primary texts, without any major loss of content I think. Not having read much about, or even been that explicitly interested in, issues of gay rights, this has most definitely prompted me to read some of the primary material from which (Im guessing) she takes a lot of the theory behind this critique.

(for those not really interested in the New York house scene of the late 80s :p, the fifth response or so right the way through to the end is quality)
