My sister is looking at buying a 2006 1.8 Mondeo , and she is getting conflicting reports about ISOFIX.

Some people are saying that the points are there but you have to cut the seats to expose them?

Anyone got a 2006 Mondeo and can give a definite answer please do?

You can buy the Iso fix mounting brackets from a Ford dealer. There should be holes just above the seat belt buckle anchoring points as far as I can remember--its about a 10 minute job to fit but you definately dont have to cut seats to get at them.

You may have to take a small piece of the under felt out to get at the hole if its not easily accessible.

I see your in Cork--If you want to pop me a pm Ill get the part number on Monday for you and pm it back to you--that way you could pick it up in your local dealer..
