    i know it,s the wrong place but im in bad need of a cpu as i just got scammed on adverts buying a q6600 and i,v since sold my e8400 to fund the q6600 now im stuck on a old p4 dell so if anyone can help it would be great cheers guy,s :(:(:(:(:(

    cheers deano ye im well pi**ed over it im just trying to get my rig back up and going so i can get back to gaming by the way here,s the member just to warn people <snipped by sceptre> if anyone can help it would be great cheers

    Contact the Gardaí, they can get the necessary paperwork for us (I'm an employee of Boards.ie, I'm just not bothered to log out as Kharn and back in as Dav :)) in the Boards/Adverts Office to try and identify this guy and have criminal charges brought, but it has to start with them. I'll pass this onto Smashey who's looking after Adverts and see if there are others who've reported this guy.

    I've snipped the link to the user profile in question as it places boards at a legal risk and might actually harm your case later on, massy086.

    Definitely do what Kharn suggested. I note that you've got a thread in the adverts.ie support section and rest assured that the people there will do whatever they can and will of course be happy to help out with any enquiries the Gardai make.
