hi i arrived back from the shop to find my nephew on my wii playing 2 games i didnt want!!:mad::mad: will nintendo help me out here as they are games i already have on my nes system? btw he downloaded the games!

They haven't a notion of doing that! Anyone could download games and say, oh, I don't like this anymore, I want my points back. You're just going to have to hide the wii remote the next time your nephew's around I'm afraid:pac:

he downloaded super mario bros, bros 2 and bros 2 the lost levels! could have ****ing killed him as i have an allstars cart! what a waste of cash!

Well, if you'll forgive a shameless plug, you can get 500 of those 1000 points back if :
1. You connected your wii to the internet within the last 30 days
2. You have not already added a Wii Internet Connection Ambassador's ID to your account.

Go into the shop, click on the Wii Connection Ambassador button and select Person Who Was Helped. Enter my Wii number, as it appears in my signature below. Then PM me your wii number (you can get this in the address book of your Wii message) and when I enter that in my Ambassador console you get a free 500 points.

And yes, so do I. There's a lot to be said for being a shameless mercenary pr!*k

Did he download the original NES versions of those games or the Snes remakes that are on the Super Mario All Stars cart?

They might be the same games but they're different visually. The NES ones are 8-bit, the Snes ones 16-bit.

If he downloaded the NES ones you didn't totally lose out...:pac:
