Define Sexy/Hot

    Hey everyone.

You might think this is silly, but what exactly defines being a sexy, hot woman?

My boyfriend constantly calls me both and I'm starting to get a bit sick of it. It feels as though he only wants me cause of how I look and this is starting to make me feel a wee bit insecure.
I also get this from men I meet out... all the time really, it's mad.

As the saying goes, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". There is no simple definition, what one man finds sexy and hot, another may not. If it's the only compliment you get from your boyfriend I can understand your insecurity, and maybe it's something you should discuss with him. But if he compliments you on other things and tells you that he loves you, then you should accept it in the spirit it's intended.

A combination of looks, personality, figure, poise, dress sense (wearing what suits, rather than following accepted fashion), wit, intelligence and confidence.

Basically, everything that makes up a person combines together to give you an impression of them, and one possible impression is hot or sexy.

    Thanks guys for that.

Sometimes I just wish people would call me nice, pretty, beautiful, cute... those words to me seem to hold more value than the "you're so sexy and hot".

Maybe I'm being a bit sensitive about it all. Its just sexy/hot seems to me that I must be flaunting myself or something, which I'm not,

Are there just some people who are naturally sexy???

Oddly enough, I know a few girls who would be insulted if you used "nice" or "cute"......

    Horses for courses, I guess!

    Enjoy it!

I wouldn't worry about your boyfriend saying it. Take it as a compliment from him. However, if you feel uncomfortable when a randomner says it, just reply with a cheeky smile and an even cheekier 'That's just the di*k talking'. They won't be able to argue 'cos they'll have to agree!
