Problem Installing WoW

Not sure if this is the right place for this:
Anyway I got my wife a laptop for xmas, and now she would like to give WoW a go so she can see for herself whats so interesting about it. After installing the game cd's when it starts to download the first patch it says I cant install because I need administrators access. But the thing is, she is logged in as an administrator. It is a new laptop with windows 7 capable of running WoW.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong??

Can you right click the patch and select 'Run as Administrator'?
