    Doubt it, you would just have alot of Geo blocking in place with the likes of google etc.. Sure they can hardly police the internet, yet alone tax it. Just a whole load of mumbo jumbo.

    Not surprising considering France is one of the countries that is pushing for a CCCTB aka Common Consolidated Corporation Tax Base which basically means that any profits made in France are taxed in France even if the company is not resident in France. You may remember the debate over corporation tax rate in the lisbon treaty and although the EU may not be able to change our corporation tax rate of 12.5%, it ultimately wont make a difference what our tax rate is if all the profits are being taxed in France e.g. 12.5% of nothing equals nothing.
