Chinese keyboard on a laptop?

Strange as it might sound - laptops in China are far more expensive than here - presumably there is high taxes on them. Now I know its possible to get American keyboard layouts here so is it possible to ask any of the major makers like Dell etc to supply one with a Chinese keyboard? I know is a bit of a strange one but…
