module registration?

    i got an email saying i have to make sure my modules are ok for the second semester but the site wont let me in.i put in the name and code they sent me but nothing seems to work, it just says the username and pin are incorrect.

    anybody know what is up?

    Try using a capital C in your student number when logging in, I tried logging in for ages when I saw that it said that it had to be in caps. Hope this helps :D

    thanks for that but i am still having problems. the site now say my pin has expired and i need a new one.

    is there an office i can just do this in in bolton street? it would just be handier.

    There is the registrations office up beside the exams office.

    Just ring 4023123, they'll be able to re-set passwords and/or talk you through any issues you have. Open office hours!

    Its for Semester 1 not for semester 2 that you need to login.
    Sparkie - If your pin has expired you don't need to contact anyone, just follow the instructions on the screen for setting up a new pin.

    If its anything else try contacting the Support desk on 01-4023123
    All of this info is on the modularisation website.
