I have a saab 9-3 and the housing for the rear left lights is giving trouble. It did go about 6 months ago and I cleaned it and sprayed some lubricant on it and it was ok until the last few days. Is there someway or somewhere I can get it fixed. I looked on all the parts sites and couldn't get this small piece on its own. I need to extend the male connector slightly a couple of mils. Any suggestions.

You could solder it on direct
(and de-solder it again if ever you need to remove it again).

That's what I'd do.
