I represent my institute on an Accountants/CRO forum which meet 3 times a year to discuss new developments and issues around dealings with the Companies Registration Office. Our next meeting is approaching and it would be great to hear stories of peoples dealings with the CRO such as delays in filing and registering…

I represent my institute on an Accountants/CRO forum which meet 3 times a year to discuss new developments and issues around dealings with the Companies Registration Office.

Our next meeting is approaching and it would be great to hear stories of peoples dealings with the CRO such as delays in filing and registering documents such as business names registration, new company formaitons, B10's, Annual Returns etc.
