    lm trying to find out if anyone has had this done and how successful the op has been as lm thinking of getting it done. as far as l know u cant get it done here and have to go abroad so can anyone recommend a good clinic in lreland as a starting point

    I had the gastric bypass done 4 months ago and I would recomend it to everyone who is very overweight. I had the operation in the Bons in Cork and the surgen was Mr O Boyle. I have lost 4 stone in 4 months.

    great to here that lucky8523 dont mean to prod but what was the op like and healing time and how much, sorry if im asking to many questions im in to minds with the band or bypass just need experiance info.

    Hi Im looking for information on getting the bypass done, I am attending the hospital in Galway and have just had my first appointment, I am scheduled for a Barium Swallow later in the month and hoping to meet the dietitian soon. i am just wondering if others have been through the process and how they found the whole process.
