    Phew...

We'd never watched but knew there were rabid fans out there so thought we'd take the xmas holidays to catch up to be ready for the last season.

We finished the 106th(?) episode last night after 3 weeks.

Very intense. We're completly hooked at this point.

Wow good man. Wish I could do that! I missed the 3rd and 4th season but never got to watch it, as well as season 1 and 3 of 24 and seasons 1 - 5 of The Wire! :D

I must get around to watching Season 5 again, some of the scenes with Locke and Ben would be a lot more interesting this time round considering what we know now.

I watched season 1- 4 last year. Its so much better watching them back to back. Sucks waiting week on week for the next epsiode. Cant wait for season 6 though. They better have a good ending lined up and not it was all a dream or something terrible like that.

yeah if you can avoid all the talk that would be the very best way to do it.

Can Lost realistically have a good ending?

I dont know if you remember Bob Newhart, he had two or three sitcom series in the US that were really sucessful.

The final scene of the finale of the last series (in the 80's) was him waking up and finding himself back in the first series from the 60's.

Totally unexpected and original for the time, it made a big splash.

SO i dont think there's a chance they'll try something like that again, anything to do with dreams is off the table I would expect.

I have a feeling its something like that though, they all go back to before the original flight?....something cheesey like that..........i hope i'm pleasantly surprised.

I have to say that is impressive. I'm not so sure I'd do that with Lost if I hadn't watched it all but I certainly did it with The Wire. Anyways, congratulations, at least you achieved something over the Christmas holidays!
