Videos and Zen X-Fi2...HELP!!!!

The majority of times I put videos onto my Zen X-Fi2 only a few seconds of the video transfers...but sometimes an entire video will go on? Why won't all the videos work???

my problem is there saying this format is not valid or sumthing its avi?? worked grand last week and now nothin?

like i watched a number of avi flims last week and now it wont work
