I would really like to get a body wave as i am fed up of using hot rollers and curling tongs to create loose curls in my hair that fall out after a couple of hours, I would like to get a loose curl like Gisele Bundchen, can anyone recommend a hairstylist in dublin thanks.

How the tide turns, for the last few years people have been doing nothing but ironing and chemically straightening their hair to death - now it seems people are going back to wanting curls.

I don't know if it's possible to get as "loose" a bodywave as you describe - would be interested too because I now spend all my time perfecting loose curls rather than straightening my hair.

Be really careful who does this. I went for a body wave last year and ended up with a tight perm and my hair in horrendous condition. I ended up having to get a few inches off my hair and then got extensions to cover up the mess.

this is something i have thought about as loose curls really suit me, is it damaging to your hair?

Of course it's damaging, it's a form of perm - a chemical treatment
