Hey,

My mam has a Dell Latitude D630 laptop. It's about two years old. As of a few days ago, when I log into the administrator desktop, after about 15 seconds the laptop screen turns off and won't come back on. The computer lights are still on.

I tried logging on in safe mode, but the same thing happened.

I disabled everything that was set to run at startup (in msconfig) but it still happened.

However, when we log into the Guest desktop, the screen stays on.

Any thoughts??
