I pod touch help connecting to Wifi

    Bit new to this and not sure if the problem was covered before , anyway, got an I pod touch for one of the kids for Christmas, have been trying to connect to Wifi for the last week. Had a look at other forums etc just can’t get the thing to connect. No problem finding my wireless network, (it comes up with the locked symbol), asks for code, I enter the WPA code from the back of the router and no joy. Have entered the WPA code using lowercase and capitals, tried to restore factory settings last night without any joy, (will try that again later). Anyone, got a step by step guide, apple website is crap.

    What you've done sounds OK.
    I presume that you haven't restricted access by MAC address ?
    Have you logged onto your router to ensure you are using correct password by authenticating it there?
