    Interesting piece, particularly some of the offers from Killeen Castle for younger members.

    Killeen Castle Golf Club, which had its official opening in March last year, is offering membership at €5,000 with an annual fee of €3,850 (excluding VAT). It also has family offers ranging from €500 for 12-18 year-olds, through to €750 for 18-24s, and €1,250 for 24-30s. Spokesperson Julian Davis said that the club has 300 members.

    Feck Mister you just beat me to it... I'm going to give that a think, cheaper than the sub I'm paying and its Kileen Castle, christ alive! Lol!

    Edit: You'd still have to pay the €5,000 to get in i'd say, but at least its a proactive approach by the club.
