Unfortunately, the BHAA cross-country race scheduled for this Saturday 09/01/2010 has had to be cancelled. South Dublin County Council has informed us that the race scheduled for Tymon Park on Saturday next 09/01/2010 cannot now go ahead. Unfortunately, the BHAA cross-country race scheduled for this Saturday 09/01/2010 has had to be cancelled.

South Dublin County Council has informed us that the race scheduled for Tymon Park on Saturday next 09/01/2010 cannot now go ahead. They had hoped to be able to grit the car parks for Tymon Park and St. Jude's G.A.A. club but, with low stocks of salt etc, the council's priorities have to be the roads. And since the weather forecast indicates no improvement over the coming days, there won't be a thaw that might ease matters.

It is hoped to reschedule this race at a later date if that is possible.
