Hi, has anyone had a delay with payment of TRS for December? I usually pay my mortgage on the 25th so i understood they're may have been problems with December's TRS. Hi, has anyone had a delay with payment of TRS for December? I usually pay my mortgage on the 25th so i understood they're may have been problems with December's TRS. My lender is AIB who still haven't applied the TRS to my account, at first they tried to blame the tax office but the tax office have confirmed they sent the money over. I have contacted the bank 3 times and been told they will contact me and are looking into it. Thye have said it was a problem with anyone who was due to pay their mortgage between the 22nd and 28th of December. Is anyone else in the same boat?
