I've just read the earlier post stating Koping Volvo are re-opened. I can't believe they can just do this after leaving so many people owed money. They just open back up and start again, but without the worry of their debts??

I've just read the earlier post stating Koping Volvo are re-opened. I can't believe they can just do this after leaving so many people owed money. They just open back up and start again, but without the worry of their debts??
