I think that could be a complicated question / answer. Was the person paid at the normal rate during this leave? When they go back to work will they be paid the full rate and what are the employment prospects. Overall, how long has the person been in employment?

Professional advice should be taken. Making a false declaration may be fraud.

This person took unpaid leave of absence. Had been working in the position on a permanent fulltime basis for 3 and a half year previously.

    Thanks for the tip
