    Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone is aware of any multi-day Irish charity cycles in Ireland or in another country.

The only Mutli-Day Charity Cycles I am aware of for 2010 so far are for the Irish Hospice Foundation ones.

Irish Hospice Foundation (IHF) Dublin-Paris and Paris-Geneva Cycle Challenge(s), 2010

I did the IHF Dublin to Paris cycle last year. Really good fun.

I am interested in doing another multiday cycle for 2010 but I am open to ideas.

Does anyone know if there is any Malin to Mizen cycles been organised for this year?

    Thanks
    BFG

Just got notification today of one in Cambodia from Sept 15th to 25th. I'll try to remember to post details from work tomorrow (assuming I get there!).

The Mullingar Wheelers (Irish Club of the Year...) organise the 'Into the West' cycle from Mullingar to Galway and back on a weekend in late July.

It's in aid of National Breast Cancer Reserch. Minimum entry €250.

I'll be doing it again this year (and hoping the weather is better than last year).

The TourdeMunster is a 4day cycle event that occurs in August. It is a charityride. Has been running for 10 years with a different charity each year.

This year the chosen charity is the Down Syndrome association in Munster.

It is one of my main goals this year. Very popular so you need to book a spot soon. Think it is limited to 100 places.

Oh yeah, Sean Kelly usually cycles in it.

I ended up working from home the following day, but I didn't forget you!
The Temple Street Cycling challenge team will be heading to Cambodia, South East Asia from the 15th - 25th September 2010.

We will visit the 7th Wonder of the World ‘Angkor Wat', Siem Reap, the capital Phnom Penh and some of Cambodia's stunning coastlines. The cycle challenge will include approximately 30-50 km cycling per day as well as some time to see some spectacular local sights, amongst a fantastic crew of people. The challenge is open to both men and women aged 18 years and over and whilst cycling experience is not essential, a certain level of fitness is required with a number of small training cycles happening in Dublin during the months before the challenge.

When hunting for that info, I also stumbled across this- Concern's Kilimanjaro Cycle, from 3rd to 11th July 2010.

I'd like to do one of these some day - would be nice to be sponsored for a free holiday.

Myself and a couple of others will be doing a charity run in April or may if you want to join in at some part or all of it.
We will be doing ''pole to pole''
south pole bar in Anascaul co Kerry to the north pole bar in Buncrana co Donegal
    297miles over a few days
children in crossfire will be the charity
Sure you can let me know if you are interested
B.T.W this will not be a race, just a cruise with a few photo opps along the route.
