I can't deal with sitting in my car for 2-3 hrs to get to work and I don't want to risk commuting on my road bike.

Does anyone have a hardtail MTB for sale with the big fat knobbly tyres and a front fork that can be locked out? I'm 5'7" so I think a 17" frame would suit.

    Budget 300-400

Wiggle have good offers like this that you might consider.

CRC too but the Kona probably a better deal overall.
