There was nothing to indicate it was him. I've a feeling there will be more to it. It seems more like they want the audience to think it was him.

I have a suspicion that Angie is the strangler! Jealousy and anger at the 2 girls etc.

I think so too! (No spoiler, only a theory as well!) Though will be disappointed if that turns out to be the "Big Twist" of this series as it seems kind of obvious.

Nicollette Sheridan is suing the creator of Desperate Housewives, alleging that he hit her across her face on set before firing her when she complained about it. In the suit filed yesterday, Nicollette's dismissal resulted "in her losing millions in future earnings." $20m to be precise, which is what the actress is suing creator Marc Cherry for. The star claims that he created a hostile atmosphere on set, ""behaving in an extremely abusive and aggressive manner." This included Marc Cherry taking her aside and forcefully hitting her across her face when she questioned him about something in the script. The humiliated star apparently yelled back: "You just hit me in the head. That is not okay. THAT IS NOT OKAY!"
Nicollette claims that Marc Cherry directed his temper at other stars, including Teri Hatcher, when she went above his head to ABC executives. "I hope Teri Hatcher gets hit by a car and dies," Cherry told Sheridan, according to the lawsuit. The network itself released a statement saying: "While we have yet to see the actual complaint, we investigated similar claims made by Ms. Sheridan last year and found them to be without merit."

Is it just me or has Desperate Housewives gotten really crap over the past month or two? The storylines are all over the place, there's like 5 new characters in the past few weeks and the old, witty jokes have gotten really terrible. It looks like a new writer came in and just ruined the show, or else the old writer just ran out of (good) storylines. Anyone else think the same?

the writting has gotten incredibly lazy , they just cook up quick convenient ways of getting rid of a charechter or tieing old loose ends together , take the situation ( not long ago ) with the couple and thier kid danny who were being blackmailed by a nurse who figured out they were on the run , low and behold a plane crashes into the neighbourhood and kills the old bag , story over , then this kid eddie who never seemed in anyway interesting up to now is unmasked as a serial killer just so we can discover who strangled julie

I actually felt that last nights episode was the best in a long time. I am just watching DH now out of habit but I liked the story in last nights episode. I know it is rediculous that this character who we never saw much of before is the killer but I liked the 'evolution of a killer' plot.

New Lady on Wisteria Lane next season is

Vanessa Williams — who played diva Wilhelmina Slater on Ugly Betty — will be moving onto Wisteria Lane as a regular on next season's Desperate Housewives
