Modern warfare 2

finally bought modern warfare 2 today, i was thinking about getting it for a few weeks now

when i brought it home, the game warned me that one of the levels was very traumatic and did i want to skip this level,

i was horrified


why was this warning not on the outside of the box




i would have bought it weeks ago.....

cop on its just a videogame when i played that "horrific" scene i was like big whoop!...my 9 yer old cousin played it and he did not feel diferent about that scene than the rest of the game...annoys me how the media went mad about nothing:pac:

Totally Agree

You don't even have to kill anyone It's your decision to pull the trigger not like other levels where you have to eliminate opponents.

exackly!...if the game hadnt of warned me right before the level started i honestly wouldnt of had a cue this was the "horific" level...id of kept playing waiting for it:pac:

To be fair, I have played all GTA's, other CoD's and other pretty violent games but I was actually taken back abit by that level.

Just arriving into the terminal and then blasting everyone, crazy ****. Im surprised the devleopers put it in at all, maybe for publicity or shock value, either or.

I'm surprised by how many people bang on about not getting why the level was included. First of all,

it shows that Makarov is a very tactical, intelligent, evil ****.

Second of all,

it wouldn't be much of a twist if you had some random American soldier going through the motions and got killed. It is a surprise because its someone you played as in a previous level

. Third of all,

I'm sure there is a third, but I can't think of it now. Still wanted you to have to highlight this though.

Just to get my 2cents in, I think it's a good addition, it's a shocking level no doubt but adds to the storyline in a huge way.

Pull the trigger or not. Skip the level if you want. The choice is yours.
