Looking to build a 2 storey 4 bed house approx 2000sq foot in north co dublin. Can anyone give me a rough price/estimate on the cost of this project? Am i better off going direct labour or getting a builder in?Any advice would be helpful

Hi, we are coming to the end of our build. Although not in Co Dublin we are in the north 01 area. Our 2300sq ft house with garage is costing us around 110e per sq ft for builders finish. This is with geothermal/ufh and double glazed alutimber windows. The heating and windows account for 20% of the cost. This does not include any professional fees, local authority fees etc. This is what it costs to build the house to builders finish with a fixed price contractor with a single builder.
