Nct due date query

I have a query about an nct due date. The car I have was originally sold in the uk but was imported over here in 2008. The date she was first registered in the UK was June 02.She was imported in April 08. When I key in the June date on the nct website, I get nothing. When I key in the April 08 date I get the details.So from that I would have thought that the nct is due in April of this year, but the actual date is June of this year. I would also think that pre 08 would not count as she was not here, a bit confusing.

It should be due it's NCT in June 2010, however as it has missed it's first NCT it's due one now which will be until June 2010 when you need to get it again.

Well she already has an nct, so it was not missed but I would have thought that as its registered on the site for April but the cert says june, it should be due then in April.

Yes should be UK first registered date when it's due and not Irish first registered date.

It says on the cert that the test was done on 23/04/08 but the due date is 21/06/10. The site must be going on the actual test date then, not when is due.
