    Hi! I am an 18 year old guy! I'm just sick of my life and want to die! I just don't know what to do. I suppose my problem 1st started when I was about 11. My older brother sexually and physically abused me!At the it happened I just thought that he was only messing with me. This abused lasted until I was around 14. Then when I was around 15 I started to think that I might be gay. I am sexually attracted to the same sex. I hate it I blame the abuse for making me this way. I'm just getting really sick of my life I've given up going out with my friends. I'm finding it very hard to sleep at night simply because I can't stop thinking of what happened to me. I'm just never really happy. To be honest the only time I'm is when I'm eating. I just don't know what to do?

    Go to your dr and as for a referal to a professional to help you work throught these issues.

    Hi Guide,

    I think that you need to seek professional help. Posting here is the first step to a healing process. You are a victim of abuse and this is a very serious situation.

    You mention same sex attraction, now I'm not sure about abuse making you gay but it definitely will have obscured your perception on sexuality. This is really something you need to tackle with a professional who may be able to work through some of these difficult issues with you.

    You need to get help. You started to think you were gay? You are gay. That is not bad. Your brother had sex with you. This is incest. You must see a doctor and seek professional help.
