Never used the .com website before, but it doesn't some dodgy. Im presuming its the .com site you were talking about, and the title is just a typo

I used them once. Everything seemed fine until they sent me an email saying my order could not be fulfilled but gave no reason. They refunded me in full but never answered any emails asking why my order was cancelled.
