How do I cancel out of my 12 month contract? I have vodafone mobile broadband but can only get a gprs connection? does anybody have a number of email I can send vodafone to try cancel out of this contract?

Keep ringing the customer care and complain about the service, regardless of the service you are getting, tell them its slow at best and remind them they are not giving you the service that you are paying for. Keep ringing and then tell them you dont want this service and if they give you crap about contracts tell them you will go to trading standards.
